MEET THE MIND

My name is Solomon, and I am a 36 year old man from Greensboro, North Carolina. My life has been shaped by experiences that have taught me the importance of perseverance, humility, family, and giving back to others. Growing up in poverty and living in the projects was not always easy, but those experiences helped make me the person I am today. I learned at an early age that life can be challenging, especially when you do not have many resources or opportunities, but I also learned that difficult circumstances do not have to determine your future.

There were times when having basic necessities could be difficult, and I saw people around me face challenges that many others never had to experience. Those experiences gave me a different perspective on life. Instead of allowing poverty to define me, I chose to let it motivate me. I wanted to become someone who could make a positive difference in the lives of others, especially people who may be going through some of the same struggles I experienced growing up.
